Migration of paulooi.com DB check ✅

Finally.. got the website migrate to server with latest php8.4 support. Been wanted to this for long time but was stuck with DB unicode issue. I will stick to MariaDB older version for now, need to find a solution to migrate over to latest MariaDB.

At least this migration was completed, and it allowed me to start writing. I came across an interesting idea that writing a daily journal can enhance our thought processes. While I’m not entirely convinced of its benefits, I’m determined to give it a try this year and see if it makes a difference.

I quite like writing back to Mkini’s days. I need to start penning down important events in my life. One day, maybe my grandchildren can start reading this blog that began in 2005!

Alright, I might need to back this date upgrade to December 2024, but this was completed on 1st Feb 2025. Just to make sure the event I wanted to pen down comes in the correct chronological order.

Btw, I also realize got a couple of code injection into this blog. Damn!

Believe it or not, I could turn forwarded email into blog posts. That time, we used to ping a blog aggregator to get visits. Reading through the comments made me laugh.
